What is your return policy?
Web orders are eligible for a return (store credit only) and exchange only 14 days after purchase and must be pre-approved by Masao General Store. All shipping will be paid by customer.
Requirements for exchange: • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days days after purchase. • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed. • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached. • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. • Shipping charges are not reimbursed on returned items. • Discounted, Promotion, Sale & Special Order items may not be returned for a refund. • We are unable to process your return if these requirements are not met.

Due to their delicate nature, all of our vintage/ used goods are final sale.
